This youth yoga class provides an opportunity for children to further their mental and physical capacity through breathing exercises, yoga postures and meditation. The mind-body benefits of this class will help students concentrate, regulate their emotions and cooperate with others all while being physically active. Yoga nurtures children's inner-strength, confidence, love and respect for one's self and others.
No yoga experience necessary. Please bring a yoga mat (if possible) but there will be a limited number of mats available for use. All additional props will be provided. It is best to let meals or snacks digest before coming to class. Water may be had before class. Wear comfortable, stretchy clothes that are not too loose.
Register early for the entire class to ensure your spot in the class.
