Circuit Training is a fun way to lose weight and tone your body quickly. Circuit Training combines resistance training and
aerobics in short intervals to help maximize results in less time. It helps to develop strength, endurance, coordination as
well as flexibility.
This Circuit Training class includes 12 stations, where you work at your personal level of endurance, on a specific muscle group for a minute. When that minute is done you move on to a different station that works a different muscle group and so on until you have done all of the stations. You will get a total body workout and elevate your heart rate to maximize the amount of calories burned. Circuit Training is available to all levels of fitness because you will work at a pace and with weights that are comfortable and challenging to you. Class is offered in the dance room at the Lake Wilderness Lodge.
Monthly Session Fee: Guarantees your space in the class.
Drop-in Fee: $8 (if space permits)

Lindsay Kokich is certified and holds a degree in Personal Training from Bellevue College. She has experience as a personal trainer, group class and yoga instructor. She lives in Maple Valley her husband Obie, and they have a seven year old boy and a four year old girl. Lindsay has most recently been training people one on one in their homes. She enjoys running, swimming, hiking, drinking coffee and spending time with her family and friends. She looks forward to meeting and training with many new faces through her Parks & Recreation classes.
