In 2015, Hebert Research, Inc. conducted a telephone survey among City of Maple Valley residents and the business community in order to provide data for an update of Maple Valley’s Comprehensive Plan. The research assessed the community needs and also the potential/increased sources of revenue. Findings from this research will be compared to the prior study conducted in 2012, which will show trends in the community assessment by residents of Maple Valley.

In May 2012, Hebert Research, Inc. conducted a follow up telephone survey among citizens residing in the City of Maple Valley, in order to determine the overall satisfaction with City Services, including Parks and Recreation services and facilities. In November 2010, Hebert Research, Inc. conducted a telephone survey among citizens residing in the City of Maple Valley, in order to determine the overall satisfaction with City services and the overall quality of life residents experience in the City.
